if bitcoin price back to 1475 usd which was before i think 2 or 3 weeks then cloak coin also back to 0.45 usd 
as we all know that cloak price is not increasing. bitcoin price increasing so cloakcoin usd price increasing so cloak is still on same price. at least cloak price should be 10 usd now
