I love dogs. This is a very intelligent animals. Usually people's own fault that the dog attacked. Unless of course you are a victim of the owner who unleashed her dog, but perhaps in this case the dog's fault. In General, any predator attacks man only when man inadvertently enters his territory.
Shaddup. I've seen mad and crazed dogs .. just like some people. They need to be put down.
