i have an open ticket on BTC38 where i asked when ANC will be open for Deposits again,
(i needed 6 days to get this info because their first answer was just smalltalk!)
their answer:
"service staff 可儿: Sorry, we are also very anxious, wallet BUG problem needs to be resolved after the official team to open"
(remeber we cant use complicated english text otherwise the answer will be smalltalk)
so what is the best answer to this? any ideas to give them the developer email/website github link ?
ask where the official team needs to "open"
