I'm really sorry but you must have misunderstood what i said there. i wasn't talking about collateral when i referred to "netteller & visa".
I was trying to say that i tried buy ETH with those payment methods.

I've read that thing.
It doesn't say that you cannot ask for an interest free loan. Neither it does say that it is a must to provide a collateral.
It simply says that it is not wise to lend loan to those who does not provide collateral.
Its such a disappointment if i get negative trust.
