It's like saying "cures for diseases are needed all over the world", so you go out and kill a lot of people so they won't get diseases.
There is an element of sense in your argument, but on the whole it is nonsense.
It can't be denied that population explosion is one of the biggest threats facing the human race all around the world. Many of the countries around the world are over-populated. For example, the population density in the non-desert part of Egypt is more than 1,000 people per square kilometer (and that is growing at a rate of 3% per year). I don't want to kill anyone, but this growth can't go on like this.
