On the affiliate side, I am trying to cash out, sent emails to support and no reply yet.
Also do they payout to your the affiliate ID address or to a BTC wallet of your choice? I have a bunch of ether on there in affiliate account but never cashed out before. I certainly have no access to the ID wallet, never have.
