Need to pay more fees on withdraws. I made a standard withdraw (600 bit fee) and your site only sent the w/d with a 300 bit fee on it. Who knows how long it will take to confirm with the mempool so clogged. 
Can you share tx id? or just use viabtc accelerator to speed up your transaction. i hope duckdice will look into the problem.
