not sure about withdrawals,though,but I don't see any TOS lines about not allowing US gamblers
sadly,there are many casinos that do not allow US customers to play

If The Us residents are not allowed to play in the casino then I am sure that the withdrawal to them will also be not allowed but as they are doing in bitcoin which is anonymous so any person who will use any proxy will easily withdraw their bitcoins as with bitcoin no one know the location of other.

When I suggest to one of my friend about this site then he recalled me about the issue that the site is not showing but only a page which is saying that sorry the US citizens are not allowed to play on this site. So it means that US citizens are not allowed.

it is bad for the site,many whales come from the US and they have bitcoins to spend as the adoption is high there
there must be some tax or legal issue for the ban,no admin would want to shoot himself in the foot
suggest him a different site then,there are many to choose from nowadays

Yes he is already in many casino for gambling and as I though that he love more to casinos that is why I also suggested to him to join this site. The admin have to tell us the details that why you have locked the US residents.
