I must not have had a minor version number incremented in a supporting build file at the time the Windows wallet was compiled. I apologize for this.

EDIT: One would only see the version number incorrect in an error such as this. Even then, you can see it is v1.6. All places one would 'normally' see a version number, it is correctly displayed as 1.6. Again, my apologies for my oversight of this.
