there was a fork, you should use the newst version:
https://github.com/Anoncoin/anoncoin/releases
the first one is the i2p version which has more connections than the clearnet.

if you already use this veriosn and dont get connections after 6 hours you can download the bootstrap file

if you have done this, then there are 2 error sources left
1. software firewall / windows firewall
2. you router/nat firewall
