I've opened a ticket on your site but also want to check through here. I sent 400 XFC from my footballcoin wallet to the address on my footballcoin game site and it has not been received.
The reason you do not see the transaction in your game account is that
you didn't add the wallet to your game account.
For
adding the FootballCoin Wallet to your game account you have to:
Go to the game (
https://www.footballcoin.io/game/#!/signin),
login your account, click on
User Menu (corner up right), select
SECURITY, add your wallet address in the
XFC Wallet Address box and finally click the button with
[Change/New Address]. After you do that you are all set and your wallet is linked to your account and the transaction is processed automatically to your game account.
Also how does the game know which player you have bought once you buy them as assets in your wallet if the addresses are different.
