Did you try removing all files from your %Appdata%\evergreencoin folder other than wallet.dat (and .conf file if you have one) and resyncing the wallet? Worked for me in the past when experiencing issues. Two version numbers in the diag looks a bit strange - I'm away from my wallet so can't cross ref to see if my assembly has the same information.
