Yep you are right but it should not be taking 12 hours!
I understand that you guys want to have a firm grasp on security to make sure no one manipulates your system, but 12 hours is absurdly long. Do you guys not have a team on hand 24/6 for this, or even a partially automated system? This is a pretty big problem. I've traded on Bitfinex, Poloniex and Kraken, and have never had my transactions held for more than an hour, let alone half a day.
