Hello, I have withdrawn money from my PayPal account to the USD card and PayPal said it will take just 1-2 to arrive and now it's been more than 2 days and nothing usually it arrives to my wirex account in just 2 days so is there any problem with the card issuing bank?
Read my messages above, they deceived me and keep $ 330 for about two weeks. Do not work with them before solving problems.
