Any update on the ICO date I have seen this asked a few times but no answers? Anyone know?

Why did you postpone the date of the ICO?
ICO date has been postponed to 15th June due to some legal issues (we were thinking of creating a foundation company in Switzerland, but now want to switch to Singapore just like Ethereum Foundation did some legal issues).
