I think this is difficult. because, Btc is merely a currency. If developed to the maximum and accepted by the government, btc can only be used as widely as conventional currencies and will not replace them. In addition, the government will not let their banking system to be wiped out by btc. So, that btc make banks disappear can not happen.this is only my view.
