Need help pls !!!

Digibyte desktop wallet is taking days to load the blockchain and will take days more. And if I close and restart it, it doesnt save the blockchain and starts again from day zero.

Is there a quick way to restore it to an online wallet ? I dont want to have to download all the blockchain, it is not working.

Or can I send the coins to an exchange without having to load the blockchain ?
