I'm not sure I understand your issue.  You are quoting text with issues from other users.  Perhaps you could provide me with some order info?  Smiley

Here is the beginning of our other conversation:

I have yet to receive my funds in my blockchain either..
I submitted a support ticket, but I don't have my different IDs written down.
My email is: sigmachibetakappa@gmail.com
Bitcoin address: 1C4xuad14HVet7N9oUukT3wrTAH1dS8BnM
I made a cash deposit via moneygram acct #: 379949522

I am completely and utterly screwed thanks to these issues. It's urgent that I get that money ASAP.

I just want my bitcoins that were supposed to be "instant". I chose to have them put in my blockchain, but if there is a code you can send me to claim them, or any other way to get them to me where you can just "push them thru to execution" like you did earlier, can you please do so..

My money has been sent, now I need you guys to hold up your end of the deal as promised. I'm stuck in a huge, huge, HUGE rut until this goes through.

I believe I have mentioned that this is an issue on Coinapult's end and we are working on it.  Thanks for your patience.

You did. But I didn't get any reply to the post that basically said this:

"From the FAQ: "Normally, to send Bitcoins you need to send them to a special Bitcoin account address. But with Coinapult, you can launch them to anyone!"
My order, however, was specifically sent directly to my blockchain bitcoin address. How is Coinapult even relevant to this situation? "

And if Coinapault is responsible for dealing with this process, is there not some sort of alternate voucher or code that I can get instead since you already have my money?

Adding any additional steps to your support ticket will only delay the process.  We offer many services which involves many companies in the chain to get you your orders.  Thanks for your patience.
