I think what he meant about the $200 jackpot was to roll the number 10000 in the free roll every hour, I have been using Freebitco.in for almost 2 years now, but I also doesn't have the luck to roll that dream number 10000 in the free roll yet

we really don't know about their fairness on the free roll, they could show the top prize but they could prevent anyone from hitting it also. but i remember in the past a user posted here that he hit the 10,000 number but still it is possible that the user is from freebitco.in team
