Incent bonus is only for investors not for bounty participant.

3 x 1259 = $ 3,777
7 x 2208 = $ 15,456

total = $ 19,233

19,233 / 0.72 = 26,712.5 MGO

So if the Bitcoin was not sold, but held by Escrow, then the value should be @ rate when crowdsale closed - No?

Yes value is determined at the time of investment not current price.
