Hi, the pre ICO is being hosted in China because we have had successful talks with a company in China about invoice and bills finance in the mainland. The Chinese will play an important role for Populous global operations. Everyone is still able to invest in the pre ICO but they must use ico365.com or wait for the main ICO to start on 16 July 2017.

May I ask if there are any bonuses for Pre-ICO participants? Since I dont speak Mandarin its kinda hard to get any info out of the ICO Site....
