It's not going to do it anytime soon or likely even within 15 years, but it could in our lifetime I reckon. I think more economic instability in certain countries and maybe another financial collapse/crisis will happen soon rather than later and that could bring in many new people to bitcoin which could have a snowball effect.

absolutely not. there is no point in thinking it ever will replace any major fiat currency. just stop thinking/hoping that it will happen. it will not.

Why will it not? If in the future bitcoin keeps going up and fiat keeps going down which is what happens when they print more of it on a whim people might wise up. Money should grow over time not devalue and bitcoin could solve this and that's what's great about a deflationary currency.
yes that is right, it is not really gong to happen so soon. i think it will take decades, because still a very little number of people know about bitcoin, while majority of people do not have any knowledge about bitcoin. i think still people need good knowledge about bitcoin. and specially in backward countries where people do not have any knowledge about bitcoin.

It will be hard to replace in any ways. BTC been famous but not as famous of dollar ,BTC were usually used digitally while dollar can be used in all aspect and worldwide so its unnecessary to replace bitcoin.

Why are we thinking that bitcoin will ever replace dollar, we all know that it is impossible, just think of it, whose government will accept these digital currency in their country as their currency, bitcoin has anonymity, it is decentralized. So that means they will not be in control of the government, and they will not accept that. And we all know that these fiats are also a way of knowing one's citizenship, it is important to a country. Bitcoin will just stay as a secondary currency.
