In the NEM wallet under the account tab, what does mean the Vested balance and Importance score ? Does the vested balance shows how many coins i have earned or ?

It can be equal to your actual balance, but only after a long time.
"If you start unvested then after 10 days 65% and after 30 days 96% of all nem have vested (formula for vesting from unvested balance: after n days (1 - 0.9^n) * 100% is vested)."
