This should have been done at the start and a good marketing would have helped to reach the minimum target easily, but anyways there are still 8 more days to go and hope the project reaches the minimum goal.

I have read that they have made some changes to the minimum cap and it is set to some 1900 ETH, is it true? If so why they have not updated this thread and what will be the new roadmap when the budget of the project is changed to a low value? I would like to know from OP on these details.
