I can't find much on this Skein algo.  What coins use it?

Thanks everyone! this is the info I've been trying to research but there just isn't enough on it to find any worthwhile results to gauge what's best on skein. I don't know if 1080ti is in my price range, but you seem to be getting very good ROI, so I might consider just shelling out the extra $200. But what would be the most cost effective GPU? Hashrate to power? I was thinking something like a 1060 or 1070 just based off of what I can see on yiimp.
now that i think about it low 900kh to -200w is pretty damn cost effective...
