Here are the original and modded BIOS roms based on the instructions. Both are for my set of GIGABYTE Aorus Radeon RX580 XTR 8G. However, no matter what I have tried, Windows 7 hangs as soon as the "Your VBIOS has been imported successfully" message and I have to hard reboot. Cards were definitely updated because as soon as I boot into EthOS, I get dready super high speed fans....and 17MH/S. Begging for help because these cards are just collecting dust instead of mining.

I've insert Uber-Mix 3.1 to 2000Mhz so you need 2000 and more to be running. Check for mem errors.
I don't have RX 5xx or even Gigabyte cards, so I can't really tell what you need more, TDP and clocks are set very high for stock... so I didn't change it, should be fine.
BTW did you use GPU-Z for backup? RX 4xx bios have 256KB, but yours have 512KB? I think it's not right. Use ATI flash for backup.
