But too late to use it, since the ICO will end in 8 days. They should do it at the first time that twitter bounty is started

I think this is not too late, because ICO is still 7 days away, it might be nice to do more tweets as long as ICO is not finished yet. This is just my advice only

Aggressive advertising must be done in the last week, we do not just rely on the developers to do that, we must also do our part.
If you have twitter join the campaign and retweet devs tweet and hope it will help to get more funding.
