how the app is used in app-store, but I can't find any app on the google-store.
Also the latest video is 11 month old.

The video that you have seen is a very old one and like you said 11 months. The app is currently in testing, so it not out. About KYC, please contact fmartinka @ plutus slack since he is very active in there. He will be able to guide you with your issues...
