What is happening when transactions don't get accepted even though they are formed ok?

 I don't have any reason to think its anything dodgy, but when there's no apparent reason it makes me suspicious. Every Eth ICO is the same. Its so shitty. I don't think I'm going to bother keep trying again and again just to pay extra even though I made my first transaction in time for the better price.
