This is so unbelievably weak.   I really can't believe what a half-assed project this is.  What was the point of releasing the TestNet in the middle of April?  Can you think of any ICO's that delayed ON THE DAY THEY WERE SUPOSED TO RELEASE?    Everybody better lower their expectations from Peerplays real quick.
