I've had several FAILOVER 1 disconnection issues, around 6 today (30/05/17) starting 8:30am UTC +1. It last 10 minutes, then it reconnects.

what is the meaning of FAILOVER 1?
why this FAILOVER always last 10 minutes?
is this

Talked with ISP, tried to clear the connection. Reseted router, restarted PC.....
