And I forked again...
Why?
Blockexplorer is just not working properly again, and must be resynched.
Currently at:
[2017-05-30 19:35:36] jackpot block 66064, diff 6.35, net 379.04 MH/s
Can someone confirm this?
I think I had a similar block height with the difficulty of ~11 which was suspicious, compared it to the block explorer and I was a couple hundred blocks AHEAD. It's getting pretty annoying that the block explorer is always the de facto correct fork everyone should follow. The longest or even just the most popular fork should be chosen as the one, not just some arbitrary, random non-mining node. Always going by and trusting a known, random node is a form of centralization.
Anyway, now I can't ven resync from scratch, stuck at block 37257 after several tries and half a day later:
ProcessBlock: ORPHAN BLOCK, prev=5b001f93d60b72e46747
>> nHeight = 37257, nPoWHeight = 19226
>> nHeight = 37257, nPoWHeight = 19226
This coin is just bloody awful.
I warned everybody that this coin was a shitcoin a long time ago but the Op and his minions had my comments deleted. Exchanges will not touch this shitcoin with it's wonky blockchain and all you mining it are missing out on real opportunities. Pools have dropped it because of the same reasons.
This a bigger failure than Jackpotcoin.
