Since you have that many unspent outputs . Viabtc seems the only good option for you . The minimum fee for it is only 10K sats but for courtesy you shouldn't just pay exactly 10K sats
This is wrong... the minimum fee is 10k sats PER KILOBYTE aka 10 sats/byte...If you have a 17.7kb transaction and try and put a fee of 10K sats... your effective fee is 0.565 sats/byte... (10,000 / 17,700)
Even if the network accepts your transaction, ViaBTC will not accelerate it, as it doesn't meet the minimum fee requirement.To meet the minimum requirement, you'd need to include a fee of at least 177,000 sats... safer to go more in case your transaction is actually slightly larger than 17.7 kb and the numbers are being rounded
