These auto-switching pools are killing ZEC each time they switch over. The way the algo is written it ramps up the difficulty extremely high when it detects a large amount of hash added to the network and slows block generation down until difficulty returns to normal. I've seen 10+ min go by without a block from the diff hitting 330+ Due to a large pool switching. I think miners actually loose money when their auto-switching pool moves to ZEC as everyone is sitting on the network not mining blocks till difficulty settles down again. By that time another coin is most likely more profitable due to the rise in difficulty, so the pool switches to a new coin while potentially never mining any ZEC but wasted miners time lol..
