I submitted the requested documents and support replied to me stating I need to create an account using my same email address at XBTCe and verify it to unblock my BTC-e account. Is this site legitimate? Has anyone done this and successfully unblocked their BTC-e account? Xbtce requires a driver's license and a utility bill to verify, which sounds simple but is dangerous if sent to a site with ill intent. Any recommendations?
