The least they could do is honor withdrawals, my DTC is still stuck on bter.
Definitely some issues there, Ive sent a pm to the exchange admin. Hopefully we can get trading re-enabled and withdrawals
working again.
On a positive note DTC is still listed as a trading pair and entry on their coin info page
