Hmm,finally someone here who has some good mentality and respect for the community,and addressed almost every possible issue that might caused the delay. I appreciate, but is it possible to shown pending tx's in any block explorer?
As you said 700+ transaction is actually in the transfers queue, there is no way to prove that if this is really a truth,unless we find them in the block explorer. Or ask taas dev for providing some screenshot from his side that will actually show some queue transaction.
I can understand you only can help us with some information and answers,but that is not enough for controlling the crowd as they're really messed up with all this bounty.If you have some update regarding the bounty please let us know asap.
