Developers are working on the features in their free time. Last time one of the developers appeared in this thread stated that person who had charge to distribute the tokens had personal matters to solve. That caused all the delay and irregularity is being seen. Once they are back at developing they will come up with updates and distribution will resume.
We are delaying the distribution on purpose right now until we finish our work on a script that's gonna help us spot bots and duplicate accounts easier and with a better accuracy (not flagging legit accounts if possible).
By delaying the distribution the majority of non legit participants are loosing patience and we can spot some accounts who registered today with ~500 followers and in the following 3-4 days when checked again they have around 1500-2000 followers.
We apologize for any inconvenience.
Our developers are working as much as they can to get the VPN service and the Poker game.
We hired 3rd party developers to work on the business directory as it's not rocket science.
I'm currently working on the online magazine (SEO optimization, categorization, etc) based on wordpress for the start.
There is silence on twitter and here but there's not much we can say at the moment, we can't repeat the same (we are working on x,y,z) as a broken record.
The distribution process is very simple and there not much we can talk about related to it.
Then I suggest everybody stops promoting your token till you solve your problems and proceed on schedule again.
This smells as the usual scam....
What about some Pre/Crowdsale dev? seems like you need an asset to build this project completely. If still like this, it will takes long time to reach the famous exchanger. That's my suggestion 
Unfortunately there will be no crowdsale without a working product.
It is true that with enough funds we can develop the projects faster but we don't like the idea to raise fund from investors for a project that may not bring any profit in the future.
There are tons of ICOs out there trading on pure hype, market manipulations for pumps&dumps, etc, why another one?
Yes, it will take a longer time to reach the famous exchanges as you said, but we are not in a hurry, there are not even 10% of the tokens distributed, we are still in the possession of >90% of the total supply, pushing for an exchange will be a joke.
First we must work to increase the usability of the token, increasing the demand and value.
And for the crowdsale .... May I remind you to have a look on yor OP again !

We hate ICOs as the majority of them are ending raising a lot of money in advance without offering anything of value.
Brain crunching a fancy idea, write a fancier whitepaper and pay somebody to write some basic functions for your github is very easy,
anybody can do that and it starts to feel like anybody is doing that already by the number of ICOs appearing over night.
Dont ask for my money in advance, go develop your service, release it and prove that its working.
It doesnt require that many millions of dollars upfront. After you proved yourself come back and ask for millions to advertise yourself on the market

You are giving yourself too much credit if you believe that a bunch of twitter accounts with mostly fake follower base spamming all day long about ICO's can be called promotion.

For real? Please do give us your definition of scam, we are very curious of what that means in your head.
We decided to close the communication on bitcointalk since we received absolutely no constructive replies. We had enough of "What major exchanges will trade this?".
- A website update will follow with a complete reorganization for the bounty programs;
- Other communication channels will be opened (Slack, Reddit, Trollbox on the website, etc);
- Bitcointalk signature bounty program will be closed - the available funds will be redirected to other bounty programs;
It started to feel like we are begging you to join the bounty.
You must remember one thing, there is no rush from our part, we are doing it for free as a hobby and maybe create a business out of it on the long run.
Don't join our bounty program if you are in a rush to make a quick buck, it will not happen that fast.
