have you tried to contact their staff over here https://discord.me/rollbit ? or maybe through their twitter as i can't find an email contact of rollbit, however since the site are so new you can't expect much about a good support, luckily you just made a little deposit only , just be patient and wait a little longer . afaik they even didn't encourage you to start to make deposit. goodluck!
