ohhh when are they fixing that wallet? and if their wallet is off the chain, doesn't that mean out coins are lost?

If they have the private key the coins should be recoverable, just because the balance says nothing doesnt mean the coins aren't there it could mean they just dont know there are coins in that wallet because their code is broken.
