Have they told you the reason? Do they send a warning before locking the account or they did it unexpectedly?
It's strange to see that they have asked verification for such a small amount, I have seen that there is a limit of 2000 USD daily but they have never locked my account there, have you done anything strange in their system, do you have any other account there, or have you deposit/withdraw to a casino site or something similar?
