I really wouldn't say that it's the best time to buy right now. If you asked the same question just 3 or 4 weeks ago i would have said without hesitation to buy as the bull run was obviously nowhere near over.

The correction seems to have already taken place, market has slow down a lot.

I personally think that it's just going to hang around $2k for  awhile now, then correct further. no point buying.
