I increased space for hens and my price per egg sold dropped back down to minimum.. what is going on?

That is where it was before I upgraded but the egg quality rating page showed it went up and should be 11-13 per egg also I can't raise the pen size anymore and it doesn't show it as maxed (free range).
There are some more addons and upgrades coming this weekend.
