I saw that in popular exchangers to withdraw or deposit fiat fees are so different.
I mean, to deposit fiat into kraken its FREE for EU countries, for US, it's $5 and for the rest countries it's $10.
To withdraw fiat from EU countries from kraken it's €0.09, from US it's  $5 and for the rest countries it's $60.

Why for European countries the fee is lowest ?
