I hope that this calculation is correct - this is how I calculate it for myself

$ ./clamd getstakinginfo

  ...
    "netstakeweight" : 656459.47131637,
}

Basicly the netstakeweight is the amout of the currently stacking coins

Formula YourCoins/netstakeweight*CoinsStakedPerDay = 10000/656459.47131637*24*60 ~= 21.93 clams per day

But it depend on many factors - Luck / how much is your coins split / ...
