WTF??? are you really gettingn 500 satoshis/free roll?? I dunno if this has something to do with the country you live on, but I'm getting between 80-90 this days.
The base win amount 80-90 is also for me. I have active 500% free btc bonus. So the win amount is like that.
The payouts on freebitco.in are subjet to change along with the price of bitcoin in USD. But in USD they are always the same:
$0.002 - the minimum, when you roll between 0 and 9885.
$200.00 - maximum, when you roll the number 10000.
I don't think they are different in different countries.
That's right, free roll winnings on freebitco.in are like you described them by default. BUT you can change your minimum payout if you want. For that you have your REWARD POINTS (RP). For example you can increase your minimum FREE BTC reward 500% paying for that 1,600 RP (that's what I think the guy with around 500 sats for a free roll actually did).
