Anyone is accepted by default unless we precise the contrary. If you want we can still make a spreadsheet listing everyone, but considering how many participants there are, except at least a day or two to set it up.
Spredsheet makes all participants know that they are accepted or not and that facilitates the team's work to be able to limit how many participating. Because if too many participants it becomes unattractive in my opinion
