I had made 2 order on Apr 10, The API respond from website said  they were completed but email respond said not.

I made 2 ticket after that but there is no reply until today.

There is 2 weeks an still no respond from bitinstant. although they opened way transfer to Bitstamp.

I did after receive email from bitinstant and see no funds in my bitstamp account.

The auto response notifies you that your issue is logged and our cs reps are working on your issue.  Upon logging your issue it will not usually be solved immediately.  Thanks for your patience.
