Yeah it's very unlikely drop to 16 sat again.
It was caused by Bittrex traders huge panic dump, now these coins changed hands and there is no reason for dump anymore.

I think on the long run Bittrex delisting is a good thing for TRK.
Bittrex is unreliable crap, they were always killing coin value with that dumb delisting warnings.
Other exchanges maybe smaller but they don't delist coins that meet their requirements and definitely have better opportunities for steady growth.
