Has anyone loaded with a plastic credit card? I'm in the process of verifying identity but wonder if it's 1) safe to deposit with my CC and 2) if there are any hidden fees associated outside of the 3.95% they advertise? Also, I assume that I should be able to send the equivalent of whatever I deposit in USD to some bitcoin address, right (and I assume that this will also have some fee or internal exchange rate where I'll lose some money)?
